By accessing or using the Realizations SMS coaching service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Realizations provides an AI-powered personal coaching service delivered via SMS text messaging. The Service uses artificial intelligence to help you set goals, track progress, build self-awareness, and receive personalized guidance through text-based conversations.

3. SMS Service Terms

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Realizations, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages at the phone number you provide.
• Message frequency varies based on your coaching activity and preferences.
• Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.
• You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to our messaging number. Upon opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

• Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid U.S. mobile phone number to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information when registering.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to abuse, exploit, or interfere with the Service.
• Not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.

6. AI Coaching Disclaimer

The Service provides AI-generated coaching and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. The AI coach is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or healthcare provider. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (excluding your personal messages) are owned by Realizations and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create through your coaching conversations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realizations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may discontinue use of the Service at any time by texting STOP.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or by updating this page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
