SMS Messaging Terms

These SMS Messaging Terms describe the Realizations SMS coaching program operated by DREB LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). They are in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Program Description
The Realizations SMS program sends you AI-powered personal coaching messages. Messages include (a) coaching responses to SMS you send, (b) goal check-ins on goals you have asked your coach to track, (c) reminders you have asked your coach to schedule, and (d) service messages such as welcome, STOP/HELP confirmations, and account notices.
How to Opt In
To enroll, visit realizations.ai, enter your U.S. mobile phone number, and affirmatively check the standalone SMS consent box confirming that you agree to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Realizations for AI coaching. Consent is collected through a separate, dedicated checkbox that is not bundled with any other agreement.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your usage and the coaching activity you request. If you text your coach often, you will receive more messages. If you set reminders, you will receive them at the cadence you specify.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier for SMS or data usage. Check with your carrier for your plan's pricing.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS you receive from our coaching number. After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation SMS acknowledging your opt-out, and we will send no further messages to that phone number. To re-enroll after opting out, sign up again through the website.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid U.S. mobile phone number to participate in this SMS program. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number you provide.
Not a Condition of Purchase
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Privacy and Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, or the content of your SMS messages with third parties for their marketing purposes. Details about the data we collect and how we use it are in our Privacy Policy.
Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability depends on your carrier's network and your device.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Messaging Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated to active subscribers via SMS.
