Realizations is an SMS-based personal coaching service. You sign up with your phone number, consent to receive SMS, and then text back and forth with an AI coach about your goals, progress, and reflections. See How It Works for a full walkthrough.

You will receive four types of SMS from us: (1) coaching replies to messages you send, (2) goal check-ins you asked your coach to send, (3) reminders you scheduled, and (4) occasional service messages (welcome, STOP/HELP confirmations).

Frequency varies and depends on how you use the service. If you text your coach often, you get more replies. If you set up daily reminders, you get daily reminders. If you stop engaging, the service goes quiet. You are always in control.

Realizations is free to try during our current beta. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. We will always get your explicit consent before any paid offering.

Text STOP to our coaching number at any time. You will receive one confirmation SMS, and then we will not send you any further messages. You can sign up again later if you change your mind.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS content with third parties for their marketing purposes. We use Twilio to deliver SMS and Anthropic (Claude) to generate coaching responses. Both are bound by their own privacy commitments. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

No. Our AI coach is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional. Realizations is a coaching service, not a clinical product. For mental health crises, please contact a qualified professional or call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the U.S.).

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid U.S. mobile phone number capable of sending and receiving SMS.

Yes. Email me@dallenreber.com with the phone number you signed up with and we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
