How Realizations Works

The Flow

1. Step 1

   Sign up and consent

   On the Realizations homepage, enter your U.S. mobile phone number and check the two consent boxes. The first confirms you want to receive recurring automated SMS coaching messages. The second confirms you have read our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. Both are required because they are separate agreements.

2. Step 2

   Get your welcome message

   Within a few seconds of signing up, you will receive a welcome SMS from our toll-free number. It explains how to interact with your AI coach, confirms you can text STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time, and invites you to share what you want to work on.

3. Step 3

   Text your AI coach

   Send messages about your goals, challenges, or reflections. Your AI coach responds with personalized coaching, asks follow-up questions, helps you clarify what matters, and surfaces patterns across your conversations over time.

4. Step 4

   Set goals and get reminders

   When you tell your coach about a goal, it tracks it for you. You can ask it to check in on specific goals or schedule reminders. Reminders arrive as SMS messages at the times you choose.

5. Step 5

   Opt out any time

   Text STOP to our number and we stop all further messages immediately. You will receive one final confirmation SMS, then nothing else. You can re-opt-in later by signing up again.

What messages will I receive?

You will only receive SMS that fall into one of these categories:

• Coaching responses: Replies to messages you send to your coach.
• Goal check-ins: Messages asking how a goal you set is progressing.
• Reminders: Reminders you asked your coach to schedule for you.
• Service messages: Welcome message, STOP/HELP confirmations, and rare account notices.

Message frequency varies based on your activity. You are in control: stop any time by texting STOP.

Pricing

Realizations is free to try during our current beta. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. We will notify you in advance before any paid offering is introduced, and you will never be charged without your explicit consent.
