About Realizations

Our Mission

Personal growth is hard to sustain without a regular partner to reflect with. Most people do not have daily access to a coach or therapist, and most coaching apps bury the experience behind a login screen you eventually stop opening. We built Realizations to meet people where they already are: in their text messages. Every day you receive small, meaningful nudges toward the goals and patterns you have told your coach matter to you.

How We Are Different

• SMS-first. No app to install, no account to forget. If you can text, you can use Realizations.
• Continuity over sessions. Your coach remembers goals, notes, and context across conversations so you are not re-explaining yourself every time.
• Your data, your control. You can text STOP to opt out any time, and we do not sell your phone number or SMS content to anyone.

What Realizations Is Not

Realizations is an AI coaching service, not a clinical product. The AI coach is not a licensed therapist, counselor, medical professional, or crisis responder.
